🌹 Womb Massage
A shamanic womb massage is a deeply nurturing and sacred healing ritual that reconnects a woman to the ancient wisdom held within her womb space. Rooted in traditional shamanic practices and intuitive bodywork, this massage gently releases stored emotional trauma, energetic blockages, and tension carried in the belly and reproductive organs. Warm, rhythmic strokes and intentional touch invite softness, safety, and deep relaxation, creating a bridge between body, spirit, and ancestral lineage. Infused with prayer, breath, and ritual, the experience becomes a soul journey—one that awakens creativity, restores feminine power, and honors the sacred temple of the womb. It is a homecoming, where the body remembers its innate capacity for healing, harmony, and wholeness.
This is a gentle abdominal and lower back massage that works with the shamanic womb medicine wheel to access the deepest parts of ourselves, where we can access the deeply held tension stored within the pelvic area - around the abdomen, hips and sacrum - an area that can often feel sensitive or numb with deep armouring through trauma, pain and disconnection with our vital life force. This is a massage to help reclaim your innate wisdom and to reconnect with your womb space - your portal of feminine power and fountain of life itself!!
Each session is a ceremony and will be lovingly tailored just for you - please allow around two hours for this work. We begin with opening the space and welcoming in your intentions, with an oracle card reading to support you on your journey. You will be cleansed with sacred smoke or flower waters as an act of purification - I may offer other medicines such as rose, cacao, mugwort and other plant medicines as well as sacred tobacco (Mapacho), Sananga (Eye Drops) and Rapeh (Tobacco Snuff) to bring deeper purification if required. We will start with a gentle relaxation and meditation practice to soothe and ease the body, with some gentle breathwork to bring stillness to your mind.
This massage is performed fully clothed, all that is needed is access to the belly, waist and lower back. We will work with sacred oils, especially selected to support this deep, feminine work. This is a gentle massage and yet some areas may be worked with more deeply into the fascia - it feels truly divine and so nourishing - an area rarely massaged and yet can hold so much tension, it is a deeply relaxing and yet powerful experience to be held in this way.
Once we have finished the massage, I will anoint the body with sacred oils as you are wrapped in blankets to contain heat and energy, to be held with space to rest and receive all the nourishment of the experience as I may carry out some shamanic or energy healing with sound tools, voice and energy work - there may be ancient storytelling, gentle song, prayers and heavenly music to support you.
We conclude the session by gently moving the blankets and allowing some space to transition back - with some integration practices and space to share over teas and yummy treats - this is a purely divine and deeply transformational practice with ongoing support to ensure you get the most out of your session

🌿 Womb Wrapping (Closing of the Bones)
An ancient postpartum and transformational ritual using soft cloth wraps and sacred intention to honor closure, containment, and healing within our bodies. This deeply held practice wraps the body in love, using woven rebozo cloths from Mexico, allowing the body to fully soften into a held space, whilst being fully nurtured through sound, song, story and shamanic healing. These lovingly crafted ceremonies provide a safe space for transitions, endings, and new beginnings. Used for all stages of life – to support women through all of life’s transitions and to help us to be held in a nurturing and safe space. Whether you are postpartum or transitioning through perimenopause, menopause and entering your sovereign crone power then this is for you. Perhaps you are recovering from trauma or a difficult time, or wish to experience an ancient and deep practice that helps to nourish you into a state of rest - reconnecting with your true divine feminine essence - you are so welcome!! This ceremony is for ALL women (and men), who heed the call back home to themselves - come be held in reverence and respect and receive all the rest and nourishment you deserve.

As you are held, I may carry out some shamanic or energy healing with sound tools, voice and energy work - there may be ancient storytelling, gentle song, prayers and heavenly music to support you.

🌺 Yoni Steaming
A herbal steam bath for the sacred portal of the yoni, this practice purifies, nourishes, and awakens the deep feminine and cleanses the yoni and womb space on a deep energetic level. With carefully chosen herbs, the steam softens, cleanses, and brings balance to the feminine body and spirit. Yoni steaming is an ancient practice that can be found in many cultures around the world - using plant vapours as a cleansing practice goes back millenia and is a powerful tool for the release and transmutation of deeply held energies, traumas and tension that can be held in the pelvic area - a place where much pain and suffering can be stored. I will safely set up your steam session, a bit like a sauna for the lower body, you will be seated or you can kneel, whilst wrapped in blankets to enable you to receive the vapours of the plants. As you receive the healing powers of the plants, I may carry out some shamanic or energy healing with sound tools, voice and energy work - there may be ancient storytelling, gentle song, prayers and invocations to the plants and spirit allies to support you. You will be fully supported to release through movement, breath and sound - the layers and armouring that may have built up - this is your space to be held and to let go!!
