Drum Circles, Voicework & Singing Circles

Ceremonial circles of rhythm, voice, and song rooted in Earth, breath, and shared human experience.
Held as communal ritual, these gatherings use drumming, voicework, and singing to awaken connection, expression, and belonging. Each circle offers a space to move, sound, listen, and remember ourselves through rhythm and voice — in community, in presence, and in shared return to what is ancient and alive within us.

Drum, Rhythm & Voice Circle
Feel the ancient heartbeat of the Earth rising through the soles of your feet. Let it awaken something primal within you — a memory older than words, older than time itself. These Drum, Rhythm & Song Circles are not just gatherings; they are sacred rituals of sound and spirit, where we come together in tribe to remember who we are through rhythm, voice, and movement.

Guided by the pulse of the drum — our oldest instrument — we enter a shared space of joy, connection, and raw expression. Every beat is a breath of the Earth, every rhythm a bridge between souls. In this circle, we stomp, we sing, we shake, we sway. We become the storm and the stillness, the fire and the roots.

Open to all — no experience needed, only an open heart and willing spirit. Whether you are a seasoned rhythm keeper or touching a drum for the first time, you are welcome here. This is a place where beginners, elders, seekers, and dancers sit side by side, each adding their own spark to the living rhythm.

Rooted in the tribal traditions of cultures around the world, these circles honour ancestral memory and the timeless human practice of gathering in rhythm and song. We honour these ways not through imitation, but through embodied reverence, presence, and deep listening.

Each gathering is a portal — an invitation to drop into the body, quiet the thinking mind, and move with the current of something far greater than ourselves. Through rhythm, we remember. Through song, we release. Through movement, we rise.
After the final drumbeat fades, many people feel more grounded, more alive, and more connected — not only to one another, but to the wider web of life.

Come as you are. Bring your hands, your heartbeat, your voice. Let us gather in circle and awaken the sacred rhythm that lives within us all.

Kirtan & Medicine Song Circle
Kirtan & Medicine Songs offer a heart-led, communal space to gather in song, prayer, and shared devotion. Rooted in ancient traditions from around the world, these circles invite you to open your voice in repetition, rhythm, and melody — allowing sound to move through the body as a form of prayer, healing, and remembrance.

Through simple call-and-response chants, sacred mantras, and medicine songs from diverse earth-based and devotional lineages, we sing together to honour the cycles of life, the wisdom of the ancestors, the elements, and the living Earth. The voice becomes a bridge — between breath and body, self and community, the human and the sacred.

These sessions are not about performance or vocal ability. They are about presence, sincerity, and the medicine of singing together. Whether your voice rises strong, soft, wavering, or quiet, you are welcome. Listening, humming, or resting in the sound is a complete and valid way to participate.

There is no right way to sing — your voice may be full, gentle, whispered, or held in silence, and all of it belongs.
Held in a warm, welcoming space — sometimes indoors, sometimes outdoors — Kirtan & Medicine Song circles are gently guided with instruments such as harmonium, drum, rattle, and guitar, allowing the music to flow organically. The repetition of melody and mantra can calm the nervous system, open the heart, and create a sense of unity, grounding, and quiet joy.

Many people experience these circles as deeply nourishing, emotionally releasing, and profoundly connecting — a return to something simple, ancient, and true.

Come as you are. Bring your voice, your breath, your listening. Let the songs carry you.

Drum Healing Circle
The Sound & Voice Arts Circle is a welcoming, creative group space where sound, voice, rhythm, and shared experience come together to support expression, connection, and gentle transformation. Rooted in arts-based practice, these sessions invite you to explore sound and voice as tools for self-expression, reflection, and restoration — within the safety of a held group.

Each session is thoughtfully facilitated using a blend of therapeutic soundscapes, simple vocal exploration, rhythmic drumming, and guided reflection. Sessions may take place indoors or outdoors, allowing us to work in relationship with the natural world as well as the creative space itself. We may draw inspiration from art, landscape, culture, emotion, and the shared human experience, using sound and voice as a way to explore and express what arises.

You may be invited to listen, hum, tone, drum, or gently explore your voice, always at your own pace. No musical experience is needed — curiosity, presence, and willingness are enough.

There is no right way to take part — your voice may be heard, whispered, hummed, or rest in silence, and all of it belongs.
Some sessions feel playful and expressive, others deeply calming and meditative. You are always welcome to participate actively or simply
receive the sounds around you. Everything offered is an invitation rather than an expectation, and all ways of being are honoured.
Many people find the Sound & Voice Arts Circle supports stress relief, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a renewed
sense of connection — to themselves, to others, and to the world around them. Participants often leave feeling calmer, more grounded, clearer, and quietly inspired.

Come exactly as you are, and allow sound, place, and creative expression to gently guide you home to yourself.
