Shamanic healing, for me, is a way of coming home — a remembering of who you are in your essence, beneath all the layers of what the world has placed upon you. It is a space of deep listening, of communion with Spirit, and of honouring the wisdom of the Earth, the ancestors, and the unseen realms.
My path has unfolded over the past seven years through apprenticeship and training in the South American Amazon — sitting in dieta with the Shipibo, learning from the plants, the songs, and the medicines such as Sananga, Kambo, Hapé, Mapacho, Cacao and beloved Ayahuasca and Mycelial Teachers. I am also a student of Core Shamanism, and my practice is shaped by the influences of the Himalayan and North American traditions, as well as the medicines of these lands — Hawthorne, Rose, Mugwort, Nettle, and many more. I hold all of these teachings and lineages with gratitude and reverence, and walk with care to stay in right relationship with them.
In our time together, I may be guided to work with soul retrieval, power retrieval, psychopomp work (compassionate depossession), energetic releases, limpia cleanses, or shamanic journeying. Sometimes this means releasing energies that no longer belong with you, sometimes calling back lost parts of yourself, and sometimes simply listening to what Spirit wishes to bring.
The work often moves through sound and vibration — through the healing icaros of the Shipibo, the songs of the Daime, or chants that flow through my own heart in the moment. I may use the drum, rattle, smoke, crystals, and sacred plants, weaving together the guidance of the spirits, animals, and ancestors who step forward for your healing.
We may also step into the realm of shadow and dream — exploring archetypes, symbols, and the wisdom of the unconscious — bringing what is hidden into the light of awareness, so it can be integrated with love.
Every session is a ceremony, a sacred weaving that is unique to you. Together, we may touch the past, present, and future, opening pathways of healing not only for you, but also for your ancestors and kin.
I walk this path with integrity, reverence, and devotion — and it is my honour to walk beside you as you step into your healing, your remembering, and your wholeness.

Kambo is a powerful and sacred medicine that comes from the secretion of the Giant Monkey Tree Frog (Phyllomedusa bicolor), native to the Amazon rainforest. For centuries, it has been used by indigenous tribes as a tool for cleansing, strengthening the body, and restoring harmony of spirit, mind, and emotions. Kambo is known as a “warrior medicine,” helping to clear heavy energies, release blockages, and awaken vitality.
The frogs are never harmed in this process. The medicine is ethically and respectfully harvested, and I only work with Kambo that comes from a trusted and reverent source, in deep honour of the frog spirits and the peoples of the Amazon who have carried this tradition.
My own journey with Kambo began seven years ago, and it has been profoundly life-changing.
This medicine has been one of my greatest teachers — guiding me through healing, purification, and remembrance of my own strength. It is with great respect and gratitude that I now offer this work in service to others.

A Kambo ceremony lasts around 4-5 hours, held with care and intention in a safe, supportive container. Together, we move through:

Kambo is a strong and profound medicine. It is not for everyone, and it is important that it is approached with respect and readiness. Before working with Kambo, I carry out a full health screening to make sure this medicine is safe and supportive for you. Your wellbeing is always my priority, and the ceremony is held in a way that ensures you feel supported, cared for, and guided throughout your experience.

Limpieza is the traditional art of energetic cleansing, practiced for centuries across cultures to release heavy energies, clear spiritual blockages, and restore harmony to body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in shamanic traditions, a limpieza works with smoke, plants, sound, prayer, and intention to gently wash away stagnant or intrusive energies and invite clarity, protection, and renewal.
My own path with shamanic healing has unfolded through seven years of apprenticeship and training in the South American Amazonian traditions, working with the Shipibo and their dieta process, as well as through Core Shamanism and influences from the Himalayan and North American traditions. I hold this work with integrity, reverence, and gratitude — honouring the lineages, teachers, and spirits who have guided me. Limpieza ceremonies are one of the most beautiful and accessible ways to experience this medicine path.

A ceremony usually lasts around 2–3 hours, creating space for grounding, healing, and integration. Together we move through:

It can be a beautiful way to clear away the energetic residue of life transitions, challenging times, or emotional heaviness, and to reconnect with your own strength and light.
Every ceremony is unique, guided by Spirit, the plants, and your intention. My role is to hold you in safety, integrity, and reverence, walking beside you as you release what no longer serves and step into deeper alignment with your true self.

🌬️✨ Hapé Ceremonies — Sacred Snuff of the Amazon ✨🌬️
Hapé (pronounced ha-peh, also known as rapé) is a sacred shamanic snuff, made from finely ground Amazonian tobacco (Mapacho) blended with other healing plants, ashes, and prayers. For countless generations, Amazonian tribes have worked with hapé as a medicine of clarity, grounding, and deep connection to Spirit. It is traditionally blown into the nostrils with a pipe, carrying the prayers of the forest and awakening the mind, heart, and soul.
I work only with hapé that has been ethically and respectfully prepared by indigenous artisans, honouring the people, plants, and spirits from whom this medicine flows. My path with shamanic healing has unfolded over seven years of training and apprenticeship in Amazonian traditions, dieta with the Shipibo, and the teachings of Core Shamanism, alongside the influences of Himalayan and North American practices. 👁️✨ Sananga Ceremonies — Vision & Clarity from the Forest ✨👁️
Sananga is a sacred eye medicine prepared from the roots and bark of the Tabernaemontana shrub, traditionally used by many Amazonian tribes. These powerful eye drops are carried in prayer and intention, and are said to bring clarity of vision — not only for the eyes themselves, but also for the inner sight, opening pathways of perception, intuition, and energetic alignment.
Indigenous peoples of the Amazon work with sananga to sharpen spiritual and physical vision, cleanse heavy energies, and prepare the body and spirit for deeper ceremonial work. The medicine is known to clear blockages in the energy field, balance the nervous system, and awaken presence.

Rooted in my shamanic practice and also informed by my work as a witch in reverent, gentle ways, I approach each space with respect, care, and intention. Every clearing is unique, and I may use a layered approach that draws on centuries of traditional methods:

At EmBodhi Wellbeing, working with plant medicines is a sacred invitation — a journey into the intelligence of the plants, the guidance of Spirit, and the deepest parts of your own being.
