At EmBodhi Wellbeing, we offer a supportive, safe and sacred space with which to work with shamanic practices, plant medicines, sacred sound, and energetic healing — guiding you to reconnect with the sacredness of your body, mind, spirit, and the intelligence of the natural world. Frog Ceremony
Each ceremony is held with reverence, integrity, and heart-led guidance, rooted in over eight years of apprenticeship and ceremonial training in the Amazonian traditions, Core Shamanism, and other sacred lineages as well as decades of deep inner work. This work is approached with reverence and respect for the indigenous communities who have shared their wisdom and medicines with me – you can arrive knowing that you will be held with respect, acceptance, and love – welcomed just as you are, with no need to be anything other than your wonderful self!
Through these ceremonies, you are invited to journey inward, release what no longer serves, receive wisdom, and step into clarity, balance, and wholeness. Some ceremonies are gentle and nurturing, while others are powerful and transformative. For deeper work, we carry out a full health screening and consultation to ensure safety and support, and we also ensure that integration support is available to aid you in processing, grounding, and embodying the healing you receive in a sacred container of care and support.

🌿 Kambo Ceremonies — The Medicine of the Frog
Kambo is a sacred medicine from the Giant Monkey Tree Frog, traditionally used by Amazonian tribes for cleansing, strengthening, and restoring vitality. The frogs are never harmed — and the medicine I use comes from a trusted, ethical, and reverent source.
Ceremonies last around 4 hours and include: settling, consultation and diagnostics, opening ceremony, limpia cleanses, Sananga, Kambo application and support, shamanic healing, closing ceremony, and warm nourishment with integration support. Kambo is intense and powerful, and a full health screening ensures safety for those engaging in this deep work.
🌸 Limpieza Ceremonies —
Energetic Cleansing & Renewal
A limpieza is an energetic cleansing ceremony, releasing heavy or stagnant energies in the body, mind, and spirit. Using smoke, plants, sound, prayer, and shamanic tools, we restore harmony and balance.
Ceremonies include: intention setting, consultation and diagnostics, opening ceremony, energetic cleansing with plants, smoke, flower waters, and sound, shamanic healing as needed, closing ceremony, and integration support. Limpiezas help release emotional residue, blockages, or ancestral weight, leaving you lighter, aligned, and renewed.
👁️ Sananga Ceremonies — Vision & Clarity
Sananga is a sacred Amazonian eye medicine that clears the mind, opens perception, and restores energetic balance. Applied with reverence, it can awaken clarity of vision, intuition, and energetic alignment.
Ceremonies usually last 1–2 hours and include intention setting, opening ritual, Sananga application, shamanic healing, grounding and reflection, shamanic support, and closing ceremony. Sananga is a potent medicine, best approached with guidance and care.
🌬️ Hapé Ceremonies —
Sacred Snuff of the Amazon
Hapé (rapé) is a sacred snuff made from Amazonian tobacco and other healing plants, traditionally used to ground, clear, and awaken presence.
Ceremonies last 1.5–2 hours, including arrival, preparation, opening ceremony, hapé application, shamanic guidance, closing ritual, and integration. Hapé opens channels to plant and spirit allies, clears energy, and restores balance.
🌱 Plant Medicine Ceremonies & Healing
We work with Amazonian and sacred plants — including Cacao, Sananga, Hapé, Guayusa, and indigenous allies like Mugwort, Hawthorn, Rose, Nettle, and Blue Lotus. Offerings include 1:1 healing, initiation, personal dieta, and group ceremonies, ranging from focused evenings to immersive weekend experiences.
Ceremonies include preparation, medicine offering, shamanic guidance, and integration. Plant medicine is transformative and profound, and not for everyone — a health screening is carried out for the deeper work to ensure safety.
🌺 Shamanic Womb Work
Shamanic womb work honors the sacred feminine, supporting healing, release, and empowerment. Offerings include shamanic womb healing ceremonies, womb massage, womb wrapping (closing the bones), yoni steaming, womb anointing, and the Munay Ki 13th Rite to bless and empower women.
This work engages with trauma, grief, shadow work, ancestral wounding, and is beautifully supported by divine feminine guides, goddesses, and priestess lineages. Sessions restore connection, flow, and feminine power.
🎶 Shamanic Sound Medicine & Drum Journeys
Our Shamanic sound medicine and drum journeys use song, drum, rattle, and instruments to support healing, awakening, and connection with Spirit, plants, animal medicine, seasons, and ancestral wisdom – each session woven with magick and love, creating a rich tapestry of ancient remembrance, where the heart can rest, the body can release, and the spirit is gently guided home to its natural rhythm of peace, wholeness and bliss – how divine!!
These group sessions are immersive, playful, and celebratory, creating portals to other realms where guidance, insight, and energetic alignment can be received. Drumming journeys may bring participants into contact with spirit allies, plant and animal teachers, and ancestral wisdom, empowering and uplifting the collective energy of the circle.
These journeys are about connection – to nature, to spirit, to ourselves, to each other and to humanity. We build community and support, through our collective participation in the ancient practice of community music making – this is our birth right, our heritage and our medicine – come feel the power of gathering in circle, held by the rhythm of the drum – the sacred heartbeat – and by the sanctity of sound as medicine. Each journey contains the potential to awaken the ancient power within each of us – a remembrance that we are not separate from the rivers, the stars, or the songs of our ancestors, but part of a living symphony of creation.
